Check the installation for any leaks from the flexible connector.

Before installing the flexible connector, always check that the sleeve is correctly pressed. If there is any doubt, do not install the flexible connector.

Connecting to the faucet: hand screw the male connector after checking that the O-ring is correctly positioned. It is not necessary to use any wrench. Apply a maximum grip torque of 3 Nm.

Hand screw the nuts after checking that the seal is correctly positioned. Lastly, tighten a quarter turn with the appropriate wrench.

Do not use inappropriate tools.

Flexible connectors must be installed in open view; they must not go through the wall. Never insulate a flexible connector with galvanized steel braid.

For appropriate operation, always install a flexible connector with an elbow or a straight section of sufficient length before bending (1.5-2 times the outside diameter).

Observe the minimum bending radius specifically indicated for each diameter.

Minimum bending radius (mm)

DN6 25
DN8 30
DN11 35
DN13 45
DN15 55
DN19 70
DN25 100
DN30 190
DN40 230
DN50 300

Do not install flexible connectors so that they are stretched or twisted.

Prolonged contact with cleaning products or aggressive chemicals may damage the outer braiding and cause leaks.

Check the ground connection of household appliances (air-conditioning units, whirpool bath, etc.) connected to flexible connectors as any electrical dispersion may cause the corrosion of the flexible connector.

More than one flexible must not be fitted end to end under any circumstances. Use the appropriate overall length.
